Let's Talk about Why

We live in a moment of extraordinary intelligence

and diminishing wisdom.

Our culture prizes data, speed, and optimization, but we forget that creativity, imagination, and relationship are what make life meaningful. We treat the arts as a luxury, but nothing could be further from the truth. They are the language of our inner life and of our shared resilience.

I believe the next frontier of cultural health lies in re-weaving creativity into the systems that shape us: education, medicine, and community life. When we engage in expressive process through story, image, sound, and movement, we remember how to feel, connect, grow, and adapt. These capacities are not soft skills; they are survival skills for a world in transition.

My work bridges expressive arts, narrative, and embodied practice to help individuals and institutions reengage with this creative intelligence. Whether through research, teaching, or community practice, I want to help build a culture where creativity is treated as a vital, daily contributor to human well-being, not an extracurricular indulgence.

More art is always welcome, but my goal is not production, it’s cultural transformation. I want to leave a legacy of systems and frameworks that will result in a more artful society, one that values curiosity over certainty, connection over control, and creativity as an everyday wellbeing practice.

Let's stay connected

For inquiries, collaborations, or speaking engagements,

Creativity isn’t a luxury,
it’s a lifeline.

Creativity isn’t self-indulgence, it’s how we stay human.

It restores connection where culture has created distance, meaning where systems have reduced us to output, and hope where urgency has taken root.

When we create, we remember who we are — and what we’re capable of becoming.
