I help audiences rediscover

creative literacy as a teachable capacity,

so they can lead, teach, and live

with more meaning, adaptability, and purpose.

About Michelle Rene Hill

Creativity Is A LIFELINE, NOT A LUXURY

I help educators, healthcare professionals, and mission-driven leaders rebuild cultures of curiosity, connection, and purpose. Through programs grounded in neuroscience and story, I teach teams how to develop creative literacy, the practical skill that transforms creativity from a wellness idea into a framework for reflection, learning, and sustainable growth. My work blends science with soul to restore the human capacity for curiosity, courage, and care.

Experience and impact

With over a decade of experience designing professional development and expressive learning programs, I’ve partnered with schools, hospitals, and social-impact organizations to make creativity both accessible and actionable. From keynotes to hands-on workshops, I help people translate inspiration into real-world change, equipping teams to think clearly, connect deeply, and work sustainably. Whether guiding educators through creative renewal or helping leaders build reflective, human-centered cultures, my approach leaves audiences with tools they can use immediately — and a renewed sense of aliveness.

Let's stay connected

For inquiries, collaborations, or speaking engagements,

Creativity isn’t a luxury,
it’s a lifeline.

Creativity isn’t self-indulgence, it’s how we stay human.

It restores connection where culture has created distance, meaning where systems have reduced us to output, and hope where urgency has taken root.

When we create, we remember who we are — and what we’re capable of becoming.
